PR4HR is an Adelaide based consultancy business specialising in people (HR) management. We help our clients with systematic, predictable and cost effective recruitment, benchmarking of top performers, individual and team development, unlocking productivity though increasing engagement, retention strategies, organisational change, communicating with employees and with addressing under performance.

Neal is a HR professional, business owner and the founder of PR4HR, a consultancy that helps people managers and other HR professionals unlock the potential in their people so that their businesses or organisations thrive and be great places to work at.

Neal has been a HR professional since 2004, working as a HR manager and internal senior consultant at the University of Adelaide. He recently established an in-house recruitment and contractor engagement service for a large IT and Property Services department. He regularly consults with managers on people management challenges and helps them to facilitate outcomes. Neal also has extensive experience in job evaluation and the development of position descriptions for recruitment, performance management purposes.

Neal is particularly interested in human performance and motivation at work. In 2003 he did a research project on this topic and more recently been involved in the development and implementation of a performance management framework.
